Woven in the heart of Assam’s forested landscapes by dedicated Rabha tribe women, this red Eri silk top blends ancestral craftsmanship with timeless elegance. Every fiber is spun from peace silk, harvested only after the moth emerges naturally - making it a leader in ethical, cruelty-free textiles.
Hand-dyed using age-old plant-based pigments like indigo and madder, its radiant yellow color is an ode to nature’s gifts. The fabric’s rustic matte texture and thermal adaptability - cooling in the heat, warming in the cold - offer year-round comfort with eco-conscious sophistication.
More than just a top - it’s regenerative fashion in motion. Castor leaves grow where the silkworms feed, dyes bloom from cultivated plants, and weaving happens where traditions live. Nothing is taken from the forest; everything is grown in gentle harmony with the land.
With softly structured statement sleeves and an angular hem, this top transitions effortlessly from saree elegance to denim chic. Each piece, spun and woven by hand on community looms, weaves together heritage, sustainability, and style in every stitch.

Made from Eri Silk, also known as peace silk, this fabric is harvested using a process that respects the lifecycle of the silkworm - allowing it to mature and naturally leave the cocoon. This ethical production process positions Eri silk as one of the world’s most sustainable fabrics, providing an alternative to traditional silks that often involve harmful practices.
The cultivation of the silk and the dyes used to create this vibrant red top is part of a larger commitment to regenerative fashion. Nothing is taken from the forest; everything is grown - from the leaves the silkworms feed on, to the plants used for dyeing. This approach helps maintain and restore local ecosystems, fostering biodiversity alongside the textile process.
