Shipping Policy

At Moborr, every piece is made and packed with care. We work with small batches and thoughtful processes, and we appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–10 working days.

  • For made-to-order or limited-run pieces, processing timelines may extend slightly. In such cases, we will communicate expected dispatch dates clearly.

 

Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic (India): Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • International: Delivery timelines vary by destination and typically range between 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Logistics & Delays

While we work closely with trusted third-party logistics partners, there may occasionally be delays in pickup or delivery. We kindly request your patience and cooperation in such situations and assure you that our team will do its best to support you and keep you informed.

 

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Complimentary. 

  • Shipping charges, applicable outside India, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Any duties, customs fees, or local taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Moborr is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery as per their standard policies. If an order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India.

To ensure smooth processing and reduce unnecessary carbon impact from undelivered shipments, Moborr reserves the right to confirm COD orders via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.

For made-to-order, customised, or limited-run pieces, COD may not be available. This will be clearly communicated on the product page or at checkout or via email or phone call. 

If a COD order is refused at delivery or returned due to non-availability of the customer, Moborr reserves the right to recover two-way shipping and handling charges before processing any future COD requests.

We encourage customers to choose prepaid orders wherever possible, as it helps us reduce returns, optimise logistics, and operate more sustainably.
