At Moborr, our relationship with a piece of clothing doesn’t end at purchase.
It continues - through time, wear, and care.

We offer a lifetime repair service so that no Moborr piece ever becomes unwearable. When something needs mending, we restore it thoughtfully - repairing, refreshing, and reworking it with the same attention it was made with.

Repairs are offered at a nominal cost of ₹499, inclusive of return shipping from our end. Customers send the piece to us at their cost, and we take care of the rest.

Sometimes the repair is discreet. Sometimes it becomes part of the story.
Either way, the intention remains the same: to help your clothing live a longer, more meaningful life.

How It Works

Email us at shop@moborr.com with a brief note about the piece and the repair needed.

2. Send your piece
Once confirmed, send the piece of clothing to us - freshly washed, for hygiene reasons.

3. Thoughtful repair
Our team carefully restores the piece, respecting its fabric, construction, and character.

4. Back to you
We send your repaired Moborr piece back to you - ready to be worn again.

What does the repair service cost?

Repairs are offered at a nominal fee of ₹499, which includes return shipping from our side. Customers send the piece of clothing to us at their cost.

How many times can a piece be repaired?

There is no limit. If your Moborr piece needs care more than once, we’re happy to restore it again.

Do I need to wash the garment before sending it?

Yes. For hygiene reasons, we only accept freshly washed garments for repair.

Repair timelines vary depending on the work required. We’ll share an estimated timeline once we receive and assess the piece.

What if my piece can no longer be repaired?

If a piece has reached the end of its life, we invite you to return it to us. In such cases, we offer a ₹1000 credit towards a new Moborr piece, helping close the loop responsibly.
